Who We Are.

The Si Se Puede Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Joliet, Illinois, dedicated to empowering underserved communities in Joliet and the greater Chicagoland area. We provide civic engagement opportunities, educational programming, legal assistance, and social support services to promote equity, resilience, and community leadership. What sets us apart is our grassroots approach and deep local ties—we are led by community members for the community. Through advocacy, education, and direct services, we aim to uplift immigrant and working-class families, ensuring they have the resources and representation needed to thrive.

We believe in the power of community and the potential of every individual to create positive change. Together, we can build a future where every person has the opportunity to thrive and make a difference.
